How To: Reschedule

Need to change your booking time? You can reschedule an eligible session by cancelling your existing booking and using the returned session credit to book a new available time slot.

  • Bookings may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled session start time

  • Each booking may only be rescheduled once

How to Reschedule Your Booking

  1. Log in to your booking account through the Our Music Room booking portal.

  2. Open your calendar and select the booking you would like to change.

  3. Choose Cancel booking.

  4. Enter your reason for cancellation, then confirm the cancellation.

  5. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the session credit from your cancelled booking will be returned to your account.

  6. Return to the booking page and make a new booking. When selecting your booking option, choose the available session credit for your cancelled booking. If you have purchased a valid package, eligible package sessions may also appear as available options.

    • Please make any changes more than 12 hours before your original session start time.

    • Each booking may be rescheduled once.

    • New session timings are subject to the live availability shown in the booking calendar.

    • Any session credit or package session must be used within its applicable validity period.

    • Sessions that are missed or not changed within the permitted time frame will be forfeited.

  • Our rescheduling option is designed to give you flexibility when plans change, while keeping available slots fair for all users.

    Booking activity is recorded, and each session may only be rescheduled once. In the event of repeated changes to the same session or misuse of the rescheduling process, we may cancel the affected session credit and restrict future booking access.
