Booking and Usage Policies

a. Booking

All bookings are made online through our system.

  1. Bookings are available in 1-hour and 1.5-hour slots

  2. Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance, and up to 1 hour before the session starts.

  3. Sessions can be booked individually or through packages

  4. Payment is required to confirm all bookings

  5. Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email


b. Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change, especially for teachers.

  1. You may reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before your session

  2. Each booking may only be rescheduled once

  3. Rescheduling can be done directly through the system; no admin contact is required

  4. Rescheduling within 12 hours is not permitted

In the event of an emergency resulting in a missed lesson, exceptions may be considered for users with an active package.

  1. Requests must be submitted before the scheduled session start time

  2. Each session is limited to one reschedule only (including approved exceptions)

  3. Requests are reviewed in line with our policy, and approval is not guaranteed

We’ve kept this structure to minimise disruptions while still allowing flexibility in genuine situations.


c. Refunds, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

We are unable to accommodate cancellations and refunds.

  1. If you’re unable to attend, you may reschedule within the allowed window

  2. Sessions that are not attended will be considered used and non-refundable

  3. Bookings start and end at the scheduled time; late arrivals will not be extended beyond the booked slot

d. Access

Our studio is a self-access space, designed for ease and privacy.

  1. Access details will be sent before your session

  2. Please enter and exit within your booked time

  3. Kindly ensure the room is left in good condition, as you found it, including clearing any trash and personal belongings after your session.


e. Room Usage Guidelines

The space is suitable for teaching, practice, and recordings across most instruments.

  1. By making a booking, users agree to use the room strictly for its intended purposes (teaching, practice, study or recording)

  2. Loud, deep-bass or amplified instruments (e.g. drums, electric guitar, heavy amps) are not permitted

  3. Users are expected to be mindful of overall noise levels

  4. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the room; cleaning fees may apply if this is not observed.


f. Responsibility & Care

Please treat the space with care so it remains a comfortable environment for everyone. For security and safety purposes, the premises are monitored by CCTV at all times.

Users are responsible for:

  1. Proper use of the room and equipment

  2. Any damage caused during their session

Please:

  1. Switch off lights and air-conditioning after use

  2. Leave the room clean and ready for the next user, including clearing any floor debris (e.g. from instrument or eraser use)

Cleaning supplies are available in the room for your convenience

g. Packages

General Terms

  1. Packages are valid for a fixed period, as stated at the point of purchase

  2. Sessions are deducted when a package is selected and automatically applied to a booking

  3. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable

  4. Packages are intended for ongoing use within the validity period and are not extendable

  5. Package holders may request consistent weekly slots (see section below)

Validity

  • Sessions must be booked within the package validity period

  • Any unused sessions that are not booked within this period will expire

Fair Usage

  • Packages are intended for use by a single user and may not be shared

  • We reserve the right to review usage if activity appears inconsistent with intended use


h. Weekly Slot Reservation

Package users may request to reserve a fixed weekly slot.

How to Reserve a Slot

  1. Purchase a package and book your sessions as usual

  2. If you’d like a recurring weekly slot, contact us via WhatsApp with your preferred day, time, and how long you’d like it to run for.

  3. We can reserve weekly recurring slots up to a quarter of the number of hours in your package:

    • 4-session package: a single 60 min or 90 min reserved slot per week

    • 8-hour package: up to 2 reserved slots per week

    • 16-hour package: up to 4 reserved slots per week

    4. Once confirmed, your requested slots will be blocked out on the booking calendar

Confirmation & Allocation

  1. Before the start of the new month, you must have an active package that covers the reserved hours

  2. At the start of the month, bookings will be automatically confirmed and allocated based on your reserved slots

  3. If there is no active package covering the reserved hours, the slots will be released back to the public

Important Notes

  1. Reservations are based on package hours and availability

  2. Reserved slots are automatically carried forward to the next month, unless advised otherwise

  3. Standard booking and rescheduling policies still apply to all reserved sessions

  4. Repeated non-use or missed sessions may affect future reservation requests
