Booking
All bookings are made online through our booking system.
Sessions are available in 60-minute and 90-minute durations.
Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance, and up to 45 minutes before the session start time, subject to availability.
Multiple sessions may be booked in a single transaction, provided all sessions are of the same duration.
Please ensure sufficient time is booked for your intended use.
Your booking is only confirmed after successful payment.
Rescheduling
Bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, you can do so by cancelling your existing booking more than 12 hours before the session start time. Once cancelled, the session credit will be returned to your account and can be used to make a new booking. Each booking may only be rescheduled once.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session start time will not be eligible for credit.
Any misuse of the rescheduling system will result in restrictions on future rescheduling or suspension of booking privileges.
Access
Our Music Room operates as a self-access music room.
Access instructions and your unique entry code will be sent 30 minutes before your session.
Access is intended only for your booked session time. Your door code includes a 10-minute grace period before and after your booking to allow for smoother arrival and departure.
Your access code is issued for your booking only and must not be shared with others.
Packages
Packages are valid for a fixed period, as stated at the point of purchase.
Sessions must be booked within the package validity period. Unused sessions that are not booked within this period will expire.
Packages are tied to a specific session duration and cannot be used across both 60-minute and 90-minute bookings.
Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and intended for individual use only.
We reserve the right to review usage if activity appears inconsistent with intended use.
Recurring Weekly Slots
Package users may request recurring weekly slots, subject to availability and ongoing package coverage.
Recurring reservations are intended to support teachers and regular users who require a more consistent weekly schedule from one location.
Recurring reservations may be released if payment is not received by the stated deadline.
Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling abuse, or non-payment will affect recurring slot eligibility.
Recurring reservations are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted where necessary.

House Rules
Please arrive and leave within your booked session time. Late arrivals do not extend the original booking timing.
Please remove your shoes upon entering.
Food and drinks (except for water) are not permitted inside the room.
Please leave the room clean and ready for the next user. Before leaving:
Return movable furniture and equipment to their original positions.
Clear your belongings and dispose of trash appropriately. (Additional cleaning charges may apply if necessary)
Switch off the lights and lock the glass door.
Please inform us as soon as possible if anything is damaged during your session.
Furniture, equipment, and appliances must not be removed from the premises.
Serious or repeated misuse will affect future bookings. For safety and security purposes, the premises are monitored by CCTV.
Piano Care
Our piano is tuned and cleaned regularly. To help us keep it in good condition, please do not use any cleaning products, sprays, liquids, or chemicals on the piano. If needed, use only the microfibre cloth provided for light dusting or wiping.
Do not place water bottles or personal items on the piano, and keep all liquids away from the piano area.
