How To: Reserve A Recurring Weekly Slot
Have a regular teaching or practice session at Our Music Room? If you use the room at the same time each week, you may request to reserve that weekly time for future months.
This option is available to anyone booking with a package and is especially helpful for teachers who would like a consistent space and schedule for regular lessons.
How It Works
Purchase a package that matches your preferred session duration: 60 minutes or 90 minutes.
Use your package sessions to book the same day and time for 4 consecutive weeks.
Contact us via WhatsApp to request that same weekly slot for future weeks.
You may request more than one recurring weekly slot. Each weekly timing requested must first be booked for four consecutive weeks and is subject to availability.

Once your recurring weekly slot has been confirmed:
Your invoice for the following month’s reserved sessions will be issued to your account by the 20th of each month.
Payment must be completed by the 27th to keep your reserved weekly slot.
5-Week Months: Some months may have five occurrences of your weekly timing, instead of the usual 4.
When this happens, the additional session will be charged at the same discounted per-session rate as your package.

Recurring weekly slots are reserved for those who require a consistent schedule.
Your standard rescheduling options still apply if you need to change an individual booking. However, repeated rescheduling, cancellations or misuse of a reserved weekly slot may result in the recurring arrangement being withdrawn, so that the timing can be made available fairly to others.
If payment is not received by the 27th, your recurring reservation will lapse and the slot may be released for other bookings. A future request for the same timing will be subject to availability.

If you no longer require your recurring weekly slot, please inform us before the 15th of the month, before your next invoice is generated.
