How To: Book A Session

Ready to use Our Music Room? Book your private music room session online for teaching, practice or recording. Choose a 60-minute or 90-minute session, select an available time slot, and complete your booking through our online booking portal.

1. Visit the Our Music Room booking portal.

2. Select your preferred session duration:60-minute session, or 90-minute session

3. Choose your booking option: Individual Session for a one-time booking. Package for multiple sessions at better rates

4. Select your preferred available date and time from the booking calendar.

5. Review your session details and proceed to checkout.

6. Complete payment to confirm your booking.

7. Once payment is successful, your booking will be confirmed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email, and your session will appear in your account calendar.

• A Few Helpful Things To Note

  • Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance, and as late as 1 hour before the session start time, subject to availability.

  • An account is required so that you can view and manage your bookings online.

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been completed successfully.

  • Your booked session time includes your setup and packing-up time in the room.

  • Access instructions will be sent to your email shortly before your scheduled session.

• Booking More Than One Session Time

  You may book multiple available time slots in the same transaction, provided the sessions are of the same duration.

  For example, you may book several 60-minute sessions together, or several 90-minute sessions together.

• Using A Package

  Packages are suitable for users who plan to use the room regularly, including teachers booking recurring lessons or musicians scheduling regular practice sessions.

  When purchasing a package, select the package that matches your preferred session duration. Packages for 60-minute sessions and 90-minute sessions are separate and cannot be mixed.

  Already have a valid package? Any eligible available package sessions will appear as a booking option when you make your next booking.

• After Your Booking Is Confirmed

  Once your booking has been confirmed, you can view your upcoming session in your account calendar.

  Before your session begins, you will receive your self-access instructions by email. Simply arrive at your booked time, enter using the provided access details, and enjoy your session in the room.

• Having Trouble Finding Your Confirmation?

  If you have completed payment but do not receive a booking confirmation or cannot see your session in your account calendar, please check that you are logged in using the same account used when making the booking.

  If your session still does not appear, please contact us with your selected booking date and time so we can assist you.
