The unit is self-access. A unique door code will be sent to you 30 minutes before your session.

Rescheduling

Bookings are non-cancellable, but may be rescheduled within the allowed time window.

To reschedule a booking, go to your booking calendar and select the session.
Click “Cancel Session” and enter a reason. The session will be credited back to your account for you to rebook another time.
Packages

Packages are sold as a set number of sessions (e.g. 1-hour or 1.5-hour bookings). Once purchased, simply select your desired session duration and select to apply your package.

No, each package is tied to a specific session duration.

Yes, all packages are valid for 1 month. Sessions must be booked within this period.
Unused sessions will not be carried forward.
