No. Our Music Room is a single-room unit, so there are no other bookings, lessons, or sessions ongoing in the same space. The space is reserved for your focused music session.
Our Room

Your booking includes use of a Yamaha U1 upright piano, music stands, whiteboard, mirror, tripods, WiFi, air-conditioning, power outlets, and a separate waiting area.

The room includes acoustic treatment, an STC-rated soundproof door, a sound-rated partition wall, and acoustic wall panels to support a quiet environment with a more balanced sound.
When the door is fully closed, outside noise is not audible from inside the room, creating a comfortable space for focused lessons and practice.

Yes. A separate waiting area is available just outside the room for parents, students, or accompanying guests.

Yes. The room is suitable for small acoustic ensemble rehearsals of up to 4 people, including duets, trios, quartets, and other small group setups, depending on the instruments involved.

Very loud, deep-bass, or heavily amplified instruments are not permitted.
This includes drums, electric guitar with large amps, and similar high-volume setups.

Yes. The Yamaha U1 upright piano is regularly maintained to provide a reliable playing experience for lessons, practice, exams and recordings.
Booking

Bookings can be easily made online through our booking system. You can view live availability, choose your preferred session time, and complete payment securely online.

Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance, and as late as 45 minutes before the session (subject to availability).

You may book either 60-minute or 90-minute sessions.
Longer usage can be arranged by booking back-to-back sessions.

Yes. Multiple time slots can be booked in a single transaction, provided all sessions are of the same duration (for example, all 60-minute sessions or all 90-minute sessions).

No. Pricing is transparent, and there are no extra booking fees or GST.

Our Music Room is a self-access space with no on-site reception. Your door access code will be sent to your booking email 30 minutes before your session.

Rescheduling

Yes. Bookings can be rescheduled more than 12 hours before the session start time.
To reschedule, you will need to cancel your existing booking through your booking account.
If the cancellation is made more than 12 hours before the session start time, the session credit will be returned to your account and can be used to make a new booking.
Each booking may only be rescheduled once.

If the cancellation is made more than 12 hours before the session start time, your session credit will be returned to your account and can be used to book a new available session.

If you cancel more than 12 hours before your session start time, your booking will be eligible for credit.
The session credit from your cancelled booking will be returned to your account. You can then use this credit to book a new session through the Our Music Room booking portal.
Example: If your session is booked for 2 Jan at 3:00 pm, you may cancel and reschedule it any time before 2 Jan at 3:00 am.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session start time are not eligible for credit.
This means the session credit will not be returned to your account, and the booking cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Example: If your session is booked for 2 Jan at 3:00 pm, cancellations made from 2 Jan at 3:00 am onwards cannot be rescheduled.

Bookings at Our Music Room are non-refundable, but eligible bookings may be cancelled for session credit.
If your booking is cancelled more than 12 hours before the session start time, the session credit will be returned to your account and can be used to book a new session.

Returned session credits will appear in your booking account under the “Bookings” tab after an eligible cancellation.
To use the credit, return to the booking page and make a new booking. When prompted, select the available session credit from your cancelled booking. If you have purchased a valid package, eligible package sessions may also appear as available options.
Packages

Per-session bookings are suitable for occasional use.
Packages allow you to pre-purchase multiple sessions at a lower per-session rate, making them more suitable for regular users and teachers with recurring weekly schedules.

Packages are best suited for teachers, students, and regular users who require consistent weekly access for lessons, practice, rehearsals, or recordings.

After purchasing a package, simply book your session as usual and apply your package at checkout.
The session will then be deducted from your package balance.

Yes. Packages are valid for 6 weeks.
Sessions must be booked within the validity period, and unused sessions will not be carried forward.
For Teachers

Yes. The room is suitable for back-to-back lessons and helps teachers teach more efficiently from one consistent location instead of travelling between students.

Yes, teachers using packages can secure a consistent weekly slot.

Remove your shoes before entering the room
Keep food and drinks outside the piano room.
You are welcome to use the furniture and equipment during your session. Please handle the piano, equipment, and room facilities with care, and keep the room clean and ready for the next user.

Please leave the room clean, tidy, and ready for the next user.
Return movable furniture and equipment to their original positions.
Clear your belongings, and dispose of trash.
Switch off the lights in the piano room.
To ensure sessions run smoothly for all users, please leave on time.
