How To: Access The Room

Your access PIN* and entry instructions will be sent to your email shortly before your scheduled session.

Please check that you can access the email address used for your booking. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder as well.

*To make arrival and departure a little easier, your access PIN will work from 10 minutes before your booking begins until 10 minutes after your booking ends. Your session time remains as booked, so please only use the music room during your confirmed booking period.

• Entering The Room

  When you arrive at #01-87, Sunshine Plaza:

  1. Tap the keypad to wake the screen.

  2. Enter the access PIN sent to your booking email account.

  3. Press the unlock icon.

  4. Open the glass door and close it securely behind you.

  ** Your access PIN is for your confirmed booking only. Please do not share it with anyone outside your booking party.

  ** Please avoid repeatedly entering an incorrect PIN, as the lock will temporarily disable keypad entry after multiple unsuccessful attempts

• Exiting The Room

  Before leaving, please take all your belongings and leave the room ready for the next user.

  1. Close the music room door fully behind you, then exit through the glass entrance door and make sure it is fully closed.

  2. To lock the door: Press and hold the unlock icon on the outside keypad until the glass door locks. Before leaving, gently check that the glass door is securely locked.

  ** Please do not leave the unit unattended without locking the glass entrance door.
