How To: Access The Room

Your Access Code and entry instructions will be sent to the booking email 30 minutes before the scheduled session. The email subject will begin with “🔑 Your Access Code”.

• Please ensure your booking email address is accessible. If the email does not appear, check the Spam or Junk folder as well.

• Your Access Code is for your booking only. Please do not share it with anyone.

• To make arrival and departure easier, the Access Code will work from 10 minutes before the booking begins until 10 minutes after the booking ends. Your session time remains as booked, so please only use the music room during your booking period and leave promptly for the next user.

• If there are multiple bookings on the same day, the same Access Code will apply to all sessions for that date.

• Unlocking the Glass Door

  When you arrive at #01-87, Sunshine Plaza:

  1. Tap the keypad to wake the smart lock screen.

  2. Enter the Access Code sent to your booking email account.

  3. Press the unlock icon

  **Please do not repeatedly enter an incorrect code, as the lock will automatically disable keypad entry after multiple unsuccessful attempts

• Exiting & Locking the Glass Door

  To lock the glass door:

  1. Tap the keypad to wake the smart lock screen.

  2. Press and hold the lock icon until the lock engages.

  3. Gently check that the glass door is securely locked before leaving.

  Before leaving, please leave the room clean, tidy, and ready for the next user:

  1. Return movable furniture and equipment to their original positions.

  2. Clear your belongings and dispose of trash.

  3. Switch off the lights in the piano room.
