Please help keep Our Music Room clean and comfortable. Use the space with care and leave it as you found it, so it remains welcoming for everyone.

• What Can The Room Be Used For?

  Our Music Room is suitable for:

  • Music teaching and lessons

  • Individual or small-group practice

  • Rehearsals

  • Exam video recordings and simple music recordings

  • Music-related study during your session

  The room is designed for individual use and small groups. If you plan to bring more than 4 people, please get in touch with us before booking.

• Furniture & Equipment

  You are welcome to use the furniture and equipment provided during your session. Please:

  • Handle the piano, furniture and equipment with care.

  • Return any moved furniture or equipment to its original position before leaving.

  • Do not remove any furniture, equipment or appliances from the unit.

  If anything is damaged during your session, please inform us as soon as possible. We understand that accidents can happen, and early notice allows us to resolve any issues promptly for the next user.

  In case of misuse, additional cleaning or repair charges may apply.

• Your Booking Time

  Your booked session time includes any setup and packing-up time required.

  Please ensure that you finish your session and leave the room ready for the next user by the end of your booking time.

• Instruments & Noise Levels

  The room is suitable for piano, voice, strings, woodwind and most acoustic or portable instruments. Drum kits, heavily amplified instruments and other very loud setups are not permitted.

• Food & Drinks

  Food and drinks are not permitted inside the unit, with the exception of plain water.

  Please keep water bottles securely closed when not in use, and away from the piano, electrical equipment and furnishings.

• Access & Security

  The premises are monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes.

  • Please do not share your access PIN.

  • Access is provided from 10 minutes before your session until 10 minutes after your booking ends, for entry and exit only. This does not extend your booked session time.

• BEFORE LEAVING

  Before leaving the room, please:

  1. Take all personal belongings with you.

  2. Dispose of any rubbish and clear any debris.

  3. Return furniture and equipment to their original positions.

  4. Switch off the lights and air-conditioning.

  5. Close the music room door fully behind you.

  6. Exit through the glass entrance door and ensure it is securely locked before leaving.

  Cleaning supplies are provided in the room for your convenience.
